Last night, the boy complained about getting strange credit charges on his account, so I thought it would be good for me to check mine. I looked this morning and spotted a $9.55 charge from ‘RSI Partners,’ apparently based in Ocean City, MD. Some googling brought up the Rip-off Report site, on which there are tons of complaints about this particular ‘company.’ I just called to get the charge reversed, and should be getting a dispute form in the mail in a couple of days. Pain in the ass.
So, check your accounts! I have no idea how they would have gotten my CC#, unless KnitPicks is secretly supplementing their income by selling out knitters (:twisted:). Now I’m going to keep checking my account about once an hour from now on to make sure everything’s cool. Eep.
