You CANNOT donate your ovaries, just like testicles – nobody wants them and it is illegal.
You can donate your ova, but everyone I know or have heard of who has done it has had a super rough experience, over a period of up to six months! So rough that it did not sound worth the payout (I think my friend said she only got $2500 for hers?)
